Who we are

NOLA9TECH Inc. (“NOLA9TECH”, “we”) operates nola9tech.com and the NOLA9TECH AI chat product.

What we collect

• Account info from Google sign-in (name, email, profile picture)
• Chat messages and session history you create in the product
• Usage data needed to run plans and free image limits
• Basic technical logs (for security and reliability)

How we use it

• To provide chat, image generation, and voice features
• To enforce plan limits (for example, free image monthly caps)
• To improve reliability and prevent abuse

AI providers

To generate replies and images, we send your prompts to third-party AI infrastructure (including SuperGrok / xAI). Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with services required to run the product (hosting, auth, AI inference, payments when enabled).
